1. What This Website Is
Parker Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections connected with Parker and Douglas County, Colorado. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with an office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the reference only for lawful personal and civic purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, housing, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale

3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This reference is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither its text nor a result from a linked search tool is a consumer report. Nothing may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.
4. Links to Outside Sites
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, set their own terms and privacy rules. Parker Residents Directory does not control their content, availability, charges, or data practices.
5. No Warranties
The reference is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made that a statement, link, portal, result, or coverage note is complete, accurate, current, or available.
6. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the reference or a linked resource, including a decision based on a record found there.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold the operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that results from your misuse of the reference or breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The original writing, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. A link and a brief attributed quotation are welcome; full-page republication and systematic copying are not.
9. Changes to These Terms
A revised version may be posted here at any time. Continued use after the change means the revised terms are accepted.
10. Cutting Off Access
Access may be blocked or limited for a person who violates these terms or abuses the reference, with or without advance notice.
11. Governing Law
Colorado law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Public-record references are informed by the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-201 et seq., but that statute does not make every record or field public.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
